High Power Ultraviolet Lighting - Ultraviolet2 Series

Lighting for phosphor excitation equipped with high-output UV LED.

Lighting equipped with high-output UV LEDs optimized for phosphor excitation. Available in Long Type and Short Type to choose the irradiation distance. Standard wavelengths are 365nm and 385nm, with custom options available for 375nm, 395nm, 405nm, and others. New high-output UV lighting with improved functionality in two shapes: the ring-shaped IDHRA series and the bar-shaped IDBB-CH series. The IDHRA series comes in two sizes, outer diameters of φ65 and φ100, with two types: Long type with narrow beam angle and Short type with wide beam angle, offering 20 variations in total with emission wavelengths ranging from 365nm to 405nm in 10nm increments. The IDBB-CH series features emission surface lengths from 77mm to 677mm in 9 sizes at 75mm intervals, also with Long type and Short type options, providing 90 variations with emission wavelengths from 365nm to 405nm in 10nm increments. The housing design has been improved, and the bar-shaped IDBB-CH series now includes mounting ports on both the back and side for enhanced installation flexibility. Additionally, both ring and bar shapes can accommodate UV-compatible diffusion plates and clear plates.

Ultraviolet Lighting - Ultraviolet Series

Ultraviolet lighting enables inspections that are clearer than visible light.

It is ideal for inspecting fine scratches that are difficult to see with visible light, confirming the application state of adhesives using excitation of phosphors, and detecting foreign substances such as dust. A wide range of wavelengths is available, including 365nm, 375nm, and 405nm. Other wavelengths not listed here are also available. Irradiation in the same shape as visible light can also be produced. The UV-405NR with a peak wavelength of 405nm is sensitive enough for use with visible light cameras, so there is no need to prepare expensive ultraviolet cameras or lenses.
